Helen & Rob's 30th Wedding Anniversary

Helen and Rob wanted a memorable, interactive centrepiece for their 30th wedding anniversary celebration — something that would bring guests of all ages together, spark friendly competition, and give everyone a talking point throughout the evening.

Our Signature Digital Track was set up on the first floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower Hill. Because the function space was upstairs, we unloaded efficiently and used the venue's goods lift to move the track and equipment — fully set up and ready by 4:30pm ahead of guest arrival. Custom-branded grandstands reading 'HELEN AND ROB'S 30TH' and 'SEPT 12TH 2026 TOWER HILL' were 3D-printed for the occasion, and a wall-mounted TV displayed the live leaderboard and race control software throughout the evening.

Guests raced from 7pm to 10pm in a fastest-lap competition. Two teams went head-to-head — White (Team Helen) vs Orange (Team Robert) — with live digital lap timing on the big screen. The leaderboard was tight at the top, with Charlie Pratten ('The Living Legend') setting the pace at 6.607s, just three-thousandths ahead of 'Anne is the best' on 6.610s. In total, 1,245 laps were completed across the evening.
