Core Technology Systems – Annual Meeting Race Tournament

Core needed something to bridge the gap between their annual meeting and the evening dinner — one activity that would pull every team out of their seats and mix people who don't normally work together. Twenty-one drivers, one track, and a scoreboard the whole room could watch.

The Signature Track dressed in Core branding, running on live race control: heats drawn and gridded automatically, results and standings posted to a Core-branded scoreboard between races, and a parallel fastest lap competition with a Best Lap Award for whoever went quickest across the evening.

Twenty-one drivers from across Core's teams — IDAM, SMART, M365, Azure, AI, Evergreen and Design — raced a heat-based tournament through the evening, with a single-race final rounding off the competition. Races ran back-to-back while the scoreboard tracked every lap, and a parallel fastest lap table gave anyone without a podium place something to chase.
